EUPHORIA – Somatic Connection Every Thursday Evening | Miami Moderated by Euphoria by Liat A weekly intuitive somatic experience and movement-based conscious space that weaves body, energy, breath, and heart through music, presence, and embodied awareness. Each class begins with attunement and unfolds in real time, sometimes through movement or dance, sometimes through meditation, sound, breath, or stillness according to what the group needs in the moment. This is an entry-level class. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, reconnect from within, regulate your nervous system, and leave grounded, aligned, and more alive. Limited to 22 participants.
