The session unfolds in a sacred, private space designed for tranquility, presence, and deep connection. Surrounded by nature’s calming energy, the environment supports openness, grounding, and a profound sense of inner healing.


SOMATIC HEALING TECHNIQUES:​
The session incorporates various somatic healing techniques through body, mind and soul. These practices aim to rebalance the body's energy centers and remove blockages, promoting the free flow of energy throughout the body.
GUIDED MEDITATION:
The session begins with a gentle guided meditation designed to help you relax, release stress, and become fully present. Soft ambient sounds and a serene, sacred atmosphere support deep grounding, easing you into a state of calm and openness.

MULTI-SENSORY STIMULATION:
During the session, all five senses are engaged to enhance the healing experience. Different elements are incorporated, such as:
Sight
Sound
Touch
Smell
Taste
HEALING RITUALS:
The session might include ritualistic practices, such as writing down intentions, letting go of negative emotions, or expressing gratitude to cultivate positive energy and healing.


MINDFULNESS PRACTICES

CLOSING CIRCLE:
At the end of the session, there is a closing circle where the participant have the opportunity to share their experiences or insights if they wish to do so. This creates a sense of release and setting intentions for the near future.
