Self-Reflection

If someone had told me years ago that I would one day guide couples through workshops on intimacy and connection, I’m not sure I would have believed it.

But my personal journey, with all the scars, challenges, and heartbreaks I faced in relationships is exactly what opened my path.

From pain came curiosity. From the wounds came learning. From the searching came truth.

And little by little, I discovered what truly brings presence, authenticity, and real connection, first with myself, and only then with my partner.

Today, nothing excites me more than walking alongside couples on this journey. To witness them reconnect, open their hearts, and build a home together, that - for me, is worth millions!

It doesn’t happen on its own. It requires work, commitment, and above all, a deep desire to grow, to explore, expand and evolve..

Because if we keep doing the same things, we’ll stay in the same place.

And this is not only for couples. For those who are single, it begins with the relationship you have with yourself.

Learning to love yourself fully, to connect with who you are - so that your vibration naturally attracts the right kind of love into your life.

May we all continue to grow, to love, and to live from our truest selves.
