Through movement, music, breathwork, and vocal release, you release what's stored, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your natural aliveness, your sensuality, your embodied energy, and the part of you that simply knows how to feel. This is not a dance class. There is no choreography, no performance, and no experience required. Every body is welcome exactly as it is. Each session includes guided intuitive somatic movement, music curated to move energy through the body, breathwork, and vocal activation that unlock blockages. One hour. Everything shifts.
