Euphoria by Liat Berko invites teenage girls to a fascinating 5 sessions’ course where they’ll be inspired to live freely from their own possessive thoughts & obsessive behaviors.  Together in a safe environment we will discuss on private zoom sessions:  How do you see yourself? Why are you trapped in your mind? How to relate to negative conversations in your head? What do you think others think of you? What do you think is expected from you? What are the effects of social media in your life? How to get practical tools to Self-Love and Self-Acceptance? By the end of this course, you’ll discover a shift in your state of mind- GUARANTEE!!! 
 Parents asked me to create this course for their teenage girls: “I wish my daughters could attend the Self-Love course, I would have signed her up immediately!!”. ● During the course, you can connect with me directly with any questions. ● Parents of girls participating in the course can get private coaching sessions with me, at an extra fee. ● The lectures will be done in Hebrew or English.  ● Constant daily support on WhatsApp group for the teenage girls, where we will create a confidential space to communicate. The Masterclass consists 5 sessions and Each session is 55 minute each NO CLASS ON JEWISH HOLIDAYS
