Guilt, stubbornness, anger, fear, lack of motivation, competitiveness… Thinking about the traits we don't need anymore and then getting rid of them can be powerful. No, it’s not magic, but Tashlich is a powerful gesture that makes space in our hearts and minds for good, positive energy, allowing us to expand into a new state with a clean slate and peace in our lives.
