SOMATIKA Somatic Connection Experience Every Thursday | 8:15 PM | Miami Facilitated by Liat Berko SOMATIKA is a weekly intuitive somatic experience, a movement-based conscious space that weaves body, energy, breath, and heart through music, presence, and embodied awareness. Each class begins with gentle attunement and unfolds in real time. Some evenings move through free movement and dance; others open through meditation, sound, breathwork, or stillness guided by what the group needs in the moment. This is a space to step out of the mind and return to the body. To release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect from within. No prior experience is needed. This is an entry-level class and all bodies are welcome. Come as you are. Leave grounded, aligned, and more alive. Limited to 16 participants.
