Couples Sound Bath: A Nervous-System Reset for Love & Connection Connection doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from slowing down together. Once a month, couples are invited into a deeply immersive sound journey designed to calm the nervous system, restore emotional safety, and strengthen connection from within. This experience includes: • A guided couples alignment before and after the sound bath, led by Liat Berko, Relationship Healer & MetaLife Coach, supporting emotional attunement and conscious connection • Live sound healing facilitated by Ben Ezra, Sound Facilitator & Healer, guiding couples into deep co-regulation, resonance, and nervous-system reset • Simple integration tools to take home and continue deepening intimacy beyond the session Guided by Liat’s expertise in relationships, nervous-system awareness, and embodied connection together with Ben’s immersive sound healing this is not therapy, but an embodied relational experience of presence, stillness, and shared healing.
